1. General terms and conditions

Rsvp-paris.com (hereafter called « The Site ») is published by RSVP SAS (hereafter called « RSVP » or « The Company ») headquartered in Paris (75003) – 8 rue Saint-Claude 75003 Paris, and registered with Paris RCS under the SIRET number 809 723 695, and under the intracommunity VAT number FR00809723695.

RSVP reserves the right to adapt or modify at any moment the general terms and conditions. The version that will apply to any particular order is the set of conditions ‘live’ online at the point of making the aforementioned order. It follows that making an order via the Site implies the total acceptance of these conditions.

Article 1. Products

The "Products" for sale are those which are described by the Site on the day that the Customer visits the Site. RSVP makes every effort to accurately present and describe the products to best inform the Customer.

The prices displayed on the website are VAT and shipping included for European buyers (residing within the EU), and DAP (Delivered At Place) for the rest of the world for orders over 200€.

Article 2. Pre-sales, pre-orders and orders confirmation

The Customer can "Pre-Order" the Products only during a certain period of time called "Pre-sales". The length of a Pre-sale can vary, the number of remaining days being clearly stated for each Product. However, RSVP remains free to end a Pre-sale earlier than initially announced, particularly but not solely in the case where pre-ordered quantities would exceed the available leather inventory needed for production.

A minimum quantity of Pre-orders, set at the beginning of the Pre-Sale, defines the success of a Pre-Sale. If this minimum quantity is not reached at the end of the Pre-sale, the Customer will receive an email informing him of the failure of the Pre-sale, and that the amount of his Pre-oder has not been debited on his account. If the minimum quantity of Pre-orders is reached or exceeded, the Customer receives an email confirming the success of the Pre-sale, the debit of the paid amount, and the launch of the production of the aforementioned Product. It is equivalent to a confirmation of order.

A Pre-order implies a total acceptance by the Customer of a waiting period of several weeks before the delivery of the Product. This period of time covers the remaining period before the closing of the Pre-sale, and the manufacturing of the aforementioned Product, in case of a successful Pre-sale.

A Pre-order is considered as a firm order, and legally obliges the Customer to pay for the Product in case of a successful Pre-sale, if the Pre-order has not been cancelled one working day before the end of the Pre-sale.

Article 3. Production waiting time

The production time to manufacture a Product is generally between 3 and 4 weeks depending on the Products, after the closing of the Pre-sale. An estimate production time is indicated during the Pre-sale.

Article 4. Payments and Protection of your banking data

Payment can be done by any mean made available by RSVP. It includes not solely Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards and PayPal.

Cards will be debited at the time of order.

During the period of time between the Pre-Order and the end of the Pre-sale, banking data is encrypted and kept on the secured payment platform Stripe or PayPal. RSVP never stores banking or sensitive data on its own server.

Article 5. Delivery

Shipping is free worldwide. For non-EU deliveries, customs duties and miscellaneous taxes in the country of arrival are charged at checkout. Delivery is handled by Collissimo, TNT or any other express courier. When filling shipping information, it is the Customer responsibility to ensure that all information (address, phone number...) is complete, accurate and up to date. The Products will be delivered against signature, forbidding delivery to postboxes.

Article 6. Returns and refund

Returns are accepted for 30 days after shipment of your item in its original condition. Returns are free for customers residing in the European Union, and at customer's expense for other countries. All returns are made through our return center. Upon receipt of your product and if accepted, RSVP will refund your orginal payment mean. RSVP reserves the right to refuse the refund of an article which has been worn and present scratches making it impossible to resale.
