Meet Gemma, the british-born-paris-based founder of sendb00ks, an online book subscription service that collaborates with artists each month to highlight works of literature.
After thrifting books from half the bookstores in London, Gemma ended up with a collection that eventually led her to open a digital book club.
Each book comes with a limited-edition postcard designed by that month's artist. A delicate breath of good old paper in the digital age. Books that travel while we can’t.
Senb00ks published its first book last July titled Arigatou Goza-Y-Más.
It's available from their e-shop and a selection of top-notch bookstores including our neighbor Yvon Lambert in Paris. Make sure to get your hands on one before the run out.
